Emergency — 24x7

The door that never closes. A doctor is on the emergency floor round the clock, every day of the year — for chest pain at 2 am, a child's fever that won't break, a fall, an accident. Stabilise first, then move seamlessly to the ICU, the ward or the right specialist.

1,080+ emergency visits so far this year — someone is always at the door.

Common questions

Is the emergency really open 24×7, with a doctor present?

Yes — a doctor is on the emergency floor every hour of every day, the lab, X-ray and CT scanner run round the clock, and the ICU is in the same building. Over 1,000 emergency visits this year.

Do I need my panel card in an emergency?

No — treatment starts first. Bring the card or details when you can; our desk sends the intimation to CGHS, Delhi Police, UP-ESIC or your TPA while treatment is already under way.

Can you send an ambulance?

Ambulance assistance is available — call the hospital number and the emergency desk coordinates it. If the patient is critical and a vehicle is already at hand, do not wait: come straight in and call us on the way.
