Consultation charges are told to you at the counter before you pay. If admission or surgery is advised, you receive a written estimate first and a person who sits with you and explains it — what the room costs, what the procedure covers, what could change it. Your final bill is itemised, and you can question any line on it. If the estimate needs to change mid-treatment, we tell you before it does, not after.
